The much anticipated final chapter of Christopher Nolan’s Batman Trilogy opens on Thursday, 19 July 2012, and Team MJ has already reserved tickets for the SM IMAX screening.

A few years ago, when Team MJ watched The Dark Knight Returns at SM IMAX on the first day of screening, something went wrong with the sound and for a few minutes, there was no audio. We could have stayed and waited it out with the rest of the full house (and ruined our viewing pleasure), or asked for a refund and gone to another cinema (but we would have foregone the full IMAX experience). Instead, we conveyed our disappointment to management who immediately took the proper steps to make up for their error. That is how Team MJ ended up watching the movie later that night for free in the best seats of the house. Nothing beats excellent customer care. In a future column, we will give you tips about how to complain and get results.
